What to Expect.

Cafe del Mar Pattaya is the licensed Thai extension of the Ibiza original, and it shows. The same architectural language — bone-white curves, infinity pool tipping into the Gulf of Thailand, day beds shaded by structured palms — and the same sound-tracking approach, with the famous chill-out compilations spinning all day before live DJs take the sunset slot. It sits on Na Jomtien Beach, about 25 minutes south of central Pattaya, and is the most upscale day-into-night venue in the metro area.

Reserve a sunset day bed at least 48 hours ahead during high season (November–March). The 5pm–8pm DJ slot is the centrepiece of the day; the restaurant operates separately and stays open later.
